General Meeting
The June meeting will be an in-person and virtual event at the San Jose Vista Center for the Blind on Saturday, June 15, from 9:30 AM to 1 PM.
Lunches will be available from Subway with the usual menu.
It’s a good time to pay for your picnic reservation and tell David Hoffman what you’d like to eat.
Program
The program will feature Debee Armstrong who will kick off a discussion of gardening focusing on creating your own scent garden in your yard, porch, patio or indoors. She will also check in with the audience to hear tips on gardening with a visual impairment and answer audience questions about how she accomplishes gardening tasks. We also may hear from others about the Vista San Jose gardening project. We’re doing things a bit differently this month by holding our business meeting before the program. This may enable us to tour the Vista garden for those who are interested in doing so.
